there is no answer to your question
it would depend where in Canada you will be,how good your food is, finding a market for it, a whole lot of things can make or break your business

so ultimatley it will be a question of supply and demand

I agree with the first answer and also keep in mind that you will be subject to all the health and safety regulations for the city you will reside in. You may have to get a license to make commercial food!
