How do I fix my home based phone line?

Neither of my telephones don’t have a dial tone, I know my phone service is not disconnected because I payed the bill a week ago. Is there a problem with my telephone,DSL filter,modem,or my home based phone line?

might be a broking wire somewhere or network might have too call phone company they could tell u
