Hi,

You can advertise in advertising communities, traffic exchanges and place ads for the business you are promoting. I also, recommend ListBuilders and reverse marketing advertising. They are all effective ways to promote whatever it is you are promoting. You can do a search in google under free advertising, and it will give you a wide range to choose from.
